TCB helps unemployed South Africans with professional development, personal growth and financial independence as they are guided on how to start-up and manage their own small businesses.

Through their retail partners TCB is able to supply beneficiaries of the programme with excess clothing and appliance stock to resell to their customers at discounted prices.
